–cod (size of 3 decks of cards, one-half pound)
–minced garlic (in a jar)
–black olives (1 small can, sliced)
–broccoli (1 head)
–clam juice (bottled)
–salt and pepper
1 – Place the cod in a covered baking dish with a little clam juice. Season with salt, pepper, and olive oil.
2 – In a mixing bowl, place 1 small can of sliced black olives and 1 tablespoon of minced garlic. Stir. Set aside.
3 – Break apart the broccoli, and place around the cod. Sprinkle the garlic black olives on top of the cod. Season with a few drops of olive oil.
4 – Microwave the cod and broccoli for 8 minutes on high.
5 – Serve the cod and olives hot, with the broccoli beside the cod.
