–shrimp (one-third package, 30 shrimp, small)
–Parmesan cheese (shredded)
–salt and pepper
1 – Place 30 small shrimp in a covered baking dish with a little water. Season with salt, pepper, basil, and olive oil. Sprinkle a generous amount of Parmesan cheese on top.
2 – Microwave on high for 3 minutes.
3 – Serve the shrimp hot, atop rice if desired.
